Specific skills, the more the better:

• Programming Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, CMS integration experience is a plus. Good understanding of ES6 and REST APIs.
• Ability to create well-designed UIs using modern HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (using Sass and / or Less)
• Expertise with Web pack, gulp and other front end build tools (npm)
• Frameworks: React, Redux.
• Experience writing unit tests in JavaScript (Mocha) and end-to-end (Cypress)
• Web Concepts: REST, JSON
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and working with REST APIs

Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry, this includes Agile/Scrum Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Full project life cycle experience.

• Excellent oral and written skills, should be able to communicate complex ideas with an interdisciplinary team
• Flexible team player with good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or similar
• Comprehension of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies, tools and software version control systems, with tools such as Jenkins, Vagrant, Cloud Formation, Git.
• Large-scale experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, Salt, Puppet, or equivalent.
• Networking and network programming (HTTP, SSL/TLS, TCP/UDP, Internet Protocol, DNS, BGP, IPSec, Wireguard, VPN protocols)

Specific skills, the more the better:

• Knowledge and experience analyzing genetics data including NGS and/or arrays, either from industry or academia. Both wet and dry lab, preferred
• Experience with Illumina sequencing technologies
• Competency with standard protein purification strategies (e.g. protein A, Ni-NTA, IEX, SEC)
• Molecular modeling experience in one or more of the following: virtual screening, pharmacophore modeling, QSAR, docking, structure or ligand-based modeling
• Knowledge of principles of recombinant protein expression and common fusion protein tagging strategies
• Experience with cell culture of standard expression (mammalian, microbial, and yeast)
• Proficient in tissue culture techniques; including experience growing and producing antibodies from hybridomas.
• Strong molecular biology skill set (e.g., transient transfection, site-directed mutagenesis, cloning, plasmid DNA purification, CRISPR), Western Blotting, mammalian cell culture, primary cell culture, and experience with high-throughput screening assays
• Prior hands on lab experience with most of the following techniques: RNA isolation, qPCR, ELISA, Nanostring, cell culture, immunohistochemistry, RNAscope
• Understanding the biology of human cell-free nucleic acids, single-cell analysis methods, immunology, and/or cancer biology
• Practical knowledge of LIMS/database query tools
• Experience with data integration and analysis and application of machine learning
• Experience with Cancer Biology and Immuno-Oncology
• Experience working on problems involving complex biological systems at high-resolution
• Genetic or metabolic engineering experience
• De novo genome assembly

Skills & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Bioengineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related discipline)  is required. Master’s degree or PhD is desirable.
• At least 2 years’ experience in laboratory work.
• Excellent oral and written skills, should be able to communicate complex ideas with an interdisciplinary team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment 
• Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Creative problem solver who obsesses over finding useful biologically relevant information in data
• Preparation of documentation for process transfer to Operations.
• Flexible team player with good problem-solving and communication skills.
